Ready to transform your business?
Let us know what your challenge is.
Time is running out and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) will soon come into force. The EAA is an EU regulation that aims to facilitate access to products and services for people with disabilities. From 28 June 2025, certain digital services and products must meet international standards for accessibility. These include apps and websites for passenger transportation services, banking services and e-commerce.
Although Switzerland is not a member of the EU, Swiss companies should pay attention to the EAA. On the one hand, ensuring accessibility can strengthen competitiveness in the EU by ensuring that products and services are accessible to all. In addition, compliance with these standards can help to avoid legal uncertainty and potential sanctions when Swiss companies offer their digital services and products on the EU market.
In the webinar, we will explain the requirements arising from the EAA, the mandatory measures that companies should now take and the consequences for companies that do not comply with the EAA.
