Susann Burki joined Adnovum in 2023 and currently leads the People function in Asia. She holds a master’s degree in business administration and brings extensive HR experience across a wide range of industries and countries. 

Leading with creative adaptability and strategic business acumen, Susann has implemented People initiatives successfully in multinational settings. Her focus is to align People strategies with Adnovum's objectives and deep-routed values. Beyond her corporate role, she is an ICF-certified Leadership Coach and is passionate about empowering people to thrive in a globally connected world.
