Luciano Rizza joined Adnovum in 2024 to assume responsibility for the management and strategic direction of the Market Unit Financial Services. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Genoa and an Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. 

Luciano Rizza combines many years of management experience in the fields of technology, financial services, and consulting with driving transformation processes at Swiss companies and within international environments. Prior to his position as Country Managing Director Switzerland at GFT Technologies, he held management positions at UBS, Accenture, and Credit Suisse.
