As CTO and Head of Technology & Innovation, Beat Fluri has been responsible for innovation, the solution development life cycle, technology management, and the enterprise information architecture since 2020. 

Beat holds an MSc ETH in computer science and doctorate in informatics from the University of Zurich.  

He has more than 15 years of technology and leadership experience, working for 10 years at Adnovum in various roles. Starting as a Solution Architect, he was responsible for implementing various client projects, and as Global Head of HR (2016 – 2020) for building up the strategic HR for the company. Before that, Beat was a post-doc and software engineer.
