Phone screen: It’s the first time that we’ll be talking to each other, so we’re looking forward to all your questions, and we’re really curious to explore the motivation behind your application.
1st round interview: This is the time for your technical skills and expertise to really shine! You’ll be challenged with some technical exercises: rather that getting the right answers, the main goal is to see your problem-solving skills in action, and understand the way that you would approach similar technical tasks in daily work.

The care that we have for our people is also reflected in our facilities. Back in 2018, we’ve finally found this amazing office space, and had the chance to implement a complete fit-out project, entirely custom-made for our needs and aspirations. We went for an informal and creative mood, with high industry-inspired ceilings which then are softened by natural materials such as wood and plants. The office consists of spacious open spaces and private offices of various sizes, equipped with high-quality materials and timeless furniture.
Our Lisbon office has the perfect combination of open spaces, meeting rooms of different dimensions, and offices. It fosters collaborative work, and at the same time offers room for focus work. Thanks to its beautiful location facing the Campo Grande garden, it has an amazing natural light all year long.
Our favorite place for a coffee chat, a deserved lunch break together, or a football championship in the afternoon break. Our pantry is so versatile that it can host a presentation for the whole team, or a darts championship (our latest addition!).
At Adnovum, continuous learning and development is part of our DNA. Besides our annual time and money budget for training that can be used for the latest certification, or for attending a conference, we have access to a huge online library shared by all locations. For the colleagues who prefer the printed version, they’re more than welcome to borrow a book and grab a comfortable seat in the reading corner.
