Karin Bühler appointed Chief People Officer of Adnovum

The Swiss software company Adnovum has appointed Karin Bühler, to date Head of Human Resources and member of the management of LEONI Studer, to Chief People Officer as of March 1. As Chief People Officer, Karin Bühler will also be a member of Adnovum’s Leadership Team. By creating this new position, Adnovum strengthens its strategic HR leadership across its international locations, which is a major prerequisite for the company’s continued sustainable growth.

Karin Bühler holds a degree in business administration and has undergone further training in coaching and conflict management. She has more than 20 years of strategic and business experience in HR management. As Head of Human Resources with LEONI Studer und specialist HR manager at a business group, she was responsible for 4'500 employees in 30 countries. Prior to that, she held different HR functions with Swisscom for more than 17 years, establishing Swisscom’s Recruiting Center with over 30 recruiters as Head of Recruitment & Placement, among other things.
